We have built this workshop around the main TRIZ tools and a programme of supporting research.

TRIZ is a proven capability for defining and solving engineering, IT and management problems, generating new ideas and evolving technical systems more quickly, cheaply and inventively.

The tools we introduce in this course, which distils the findings from over four million case study analyses, enable you to uncover the most effective routes to practical engineering solutions, as well as the development of next-generation products.

Who should attend?

This programme is suitable for engineers at all levels.

How will I benefit?

After the course you will be able to:
- Define better problems by bringing clarity to complex situations
- Generate solutions to these problems in a reliable and repeatable manner
- Apply the right tools systematically to generate innovative solutions

The workshop involves several hands-on exercises and gives participants the experience to apply them back in their workplace.
Contributes 7 CPD hours

Very good course, thought provoking on application to different parts of organisation.
