TRUSTEE BOARD

a)  The total number of votes cast was 4,844 being 7.8% of the ballot papers of the Corporate and Associate Members.  The number of votes cast by post was 1,969 and online was 2,875.

b)  The total number of votes found to be invalid were:

• 66 for the Vice-Presidents panel
• 178 for the Ordinary Members of the Trustee Board panel.

c)  The names of the successful candidates are:

• President: SPALL, Terry (Elected unopposed)
• President-Elect: FLINN, Peter (Elected unopposed)
• Vice-President: CLARKE, Heather
• Ordinary Member: RIVERS, Helena

• Ordinary Member ‘International’: RAMAN, Vijay (Elected unopposed)

• Ordinary Member 'Under 30': O'BRIEN, Ross (Elected unopposed).

COUNCIL

a)   The total number of votes cast was  4,844 being 7.8% of the eligible Corporate and Associate Members.  The number of votes cast by post was 1,969 and online was 2,875.

b)   The total number of votes found to be invalid were:

• 183 for the Ordinary Members of Council – Fellows panel.
