a)  The total number of votes cast was 9,.021 being 14.4% of the ballot papers sent to Corporate and Associate Members.  The number of votes cast online was 4,887. 

b)  The total number of votes found to be invalid were:

• 207 for the Vice-Presidents panel
• 442 for the International Vice-President panel
• 407 for the Ordinary Members of the Trustee Board panel.

c)  The names of the successful candidates are:

• President: McGEOUGH, Professor Joseph Anthony  
  (Elected unopposed).
• President-Elect: SPALL, Terry (Elected unopposed)
