The term "reversed refrigerator" is better reserved for the heat engine
Just to quibble with the opening sentence of the section Ground Source Heat Pumps (page 22), "The easiest way to think of a heat pump is to think of it as a reversed refrigerator." It is better to think of a heat pump as a refrigerator, in which, rather than heat removal from a lower temperature region being the primary aim, heat delivery to a higher temperature region is the main purpose. The term "reversed refrigerator" is better reserved for the heat engine.
