Ready to race? Formula Student Sim Racing registration open

Formula Student Team

Deadline 19 November: Get your team on the grid and prepare to race against Formula Student teams from around the world.

Ready to take your team’s racing skills to the next level? Registration is now open for the Formula Student Sim Racing Series, giving Formula Student and FSAE teams the chance to compete on the virtual track, sharpen their racecraft and battle for championship glory.

With the deadline set for 19 November, now is the time to get your team signed up and start preparing for lights out.

The series brings the excitement of motorsport into the virtual world, with a calendar of online races where teams compete for championship points throughout the season. The action will culminate in a season finale alongside the Formula Student 2027 live competition next July.

Open to all Formula Student and FSAE teams, the series offers more than just racing. It is an opportunity to develop driving and race engineering skills, represent your university on an international stage, connect with the global Formula Student community and put your competitive edge to the test.

Whether you are chasing championship points, building your team's experience or looking for another way to get involved in Formula Student, the Sim Racing Series is your chance to get in the driving seat.

Don't watch from the sidelines. Get your team on the grid.

Teams should download the series rules, join the Formula Student Sim Racing Discord server and register here before 19 November to secure a place on the grid.
