Notice of Annual Meeting: London 26 May 2021

The Annual Meeting of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers will be held online on Wednesday 26 May 2021.

Annual Meeting at 12:00 hrs BST

The Annual Meeting of the Institution will be held for the purpose of transacting the following business:

1. The presentation and review of the Trustees’ Report and Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020.
2. The appointment of the Auditors.
3. The announcement of the results of the Trustee Board and Council Elections.

Only Corporate Members and Associate Members of the Institution are entitled to participate in the business of the Annual Meeting.   Other members may attend as observers but are not entitled to be heard or to vote (By-law 38).  Proxy Votes will be accepted.
