About the World Motorsport Symposium
Whilst the two chairmen Ulrich Baretzky and John Iley along with international key motorsport executives are always extremely keen to learn what the next generation of engineers have to say, this year the theme will include, 'Children of the Revolution; What will define Motorsport for Generation Z?', so they are particularly keen for more student involvement and participation during the two days providing a fantastic opportunity for universities and educational organisations wishing to promote their students and courses.
The World Motorsport Symposium is the perfect platform for the students to impress their future employers and make a significant impression amongst an extremely elite crowd. With Chatham House rules in place, it also give students the opportunity to gain insight into motorsport behind the scenes, be the first to hear new ideas and decisions before they are formally announced and also be privy to extremely confidential information.

Following the success of impromptu students participation on the VIP panel last year, each university sponsor will also be given the opportunity to invite one of their students to sit on the panel alongside key industry figures for a full session, providing them the chance of a life time.
We are also offering each university the chance to give a ten minute presentation to this audience like no other on the theme of the symposium and the winning university will be awarded a prize that evening at the Networking Awards Dinner along side winners of the Most Innovative New Motorsport Product, Race Engine Designer of the year and Aerodynamicist of the year, all regarded as extremely prestigious awards in the industry.

Universities and educational institutions who have Formula Student teams are also offered the chance to showcase their car offered on a first come, first served basis alongside their stand.
The break out sessions throughout the day will also allow the students to network with all those that attend.
