The conference attracted young leaders from all across Malaysia and renown keynote speakers, including Tan Sri Jeffrey Cheah AO, Chairman of Sunway Group and Founding trustee of the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation as the prime keynote speaker.
Other notable speakers were:

- Mr Animesh Mukherjee, Chief People Officer for Lazada Malaysia
- Mr Tee Lin Yik, CEO Tee Intellectual Property
- Professor Ir Ts Dr Vinesh Thiruchelvam, Chairman IMechE South East Asia
sharing their vast experience across numerous industries. The speakers were able to share insightful ideas and experiences from their professional experience to help and inspire the young leaders. They all shared their stories on how they built something from nothing, and how they became who they are today.
The pinnacle of the event was, of course, the prime keynote speech, where Tan Sri Dr Jeffrey Cheah shared his vision and his life’s work, Sunway Group. Tan Sri explained how he wishes to educate the youth to bring out the best in themselves. “Keep asking ‘Why not?’ as you make your life journey. Do so with integrity as your guide, humility as your virtue and pursuit of excellence as your choice”, Tan Sri shared, using Sunway University and Sunway Group as key examples.
According to the organising committee, the turnout was incredible, with students registering from various universities, including the likes of Uniten, Monash, UTM, Sunway, UUM and many more. When asked, the team from IMechE UNITEN Student Chapter added, “The young leaders were absolutely satisfied with the value they gained during the conference and are excited to plan their life ahead”. It was indeed a fruitful event."
