Institution News Team
The Institution's new digital training brochure for 2016 offers opportunities to enhance individual, team and company performance.
The Institution's comprehensive range of training courses – from aspects of leadership to sector specialisms – is now available for the first time as a digital brochure, supplemented on request by a print publication.
Courses are available at a range of locations, including Aberdeen, Glasgow, Sheffield, Coventry, Northampton, Bristol and London. Many courses run in multiple locations, and can be delivered in-house, at your company. Virtual programmes, which do not require face-to-face attendance, usually involve a blend of live virtual classrooms, self-guided study and one-to-one coaching.
Material can be tailored to suit business objectives, experience and culture. Performance diagnostic tools and coaching workshops are also on offer to identify key areas for development and enable even high-performing teams to improve.
New features in the Institution’s Training offer for 2016 have been identified thanks to constructive feedback from training delegates and from the annual member survey. The annual survey of members’ training and development needs helps create targeted courses and new features to enable engineers to meet the challenges of the profession, including staying up to date with legal imperatives and technical specifications, and supporting CPD.
