We are pleased to share with you the results of the Design Challenge Greater London Region Final which took place on 19-20 April 2022 at the University of Hertfordshire.

Paula Ruiz-Hincapie, Greater London Region Design Challenge Chair and University of Hertfordshire's Head of Engineering Susan Murray hosted a two-day event attended by nine first-year and four second-year teams on respective consecutive days.

The event was run successfully with all competition elements completed, including all required pre-event submissions from the thirteen competing teams who came from University College London, Kingston University London, University of Hertfordshire, Imperial College London, London South Bank University and Middlesex University London.

It was a clean sweep for University College London with their UCL Team A winning the first-year competition and UCL Team D winning the second-year competition. We look forward to welcoming both teams to London for the National Final in October!
