Deadline for FS2024 campsite bookings

31 May 2024: ensure your team has booked your campsite for FS2024!

The process for booking your team's campsite is as follows:

1. Download a copy of the Campsite Booking form.
2. Complete the form with all your requirements.
3. On the form, nominate one member of your team as the dedicated campsite contact for your team, as all confirmations, details etc will be sent to them.
4. You need to either A) pay for a pitch and bring your own tent, or B) pay for a pitch and a tent.
5. Email your completed booking form to eventenquiries@imeche.org.
6. Please send only one booking form per team, please.
7. A member of the Events team will call the nominated person to take their payment details over the phone.
