IMechE Finance Board
The Institution's Finance Board is recruiting one ordinary member to join its operations.
As a key Governance Board, the candidate will help make a real difference to the way we develop as an Institution in the coming years.
The overall purpose of the Finance Board is to act on behalf of the Trustee Board in its duty to supervise the broad direction of the Institution’s financial affairs. It should drive proper financial conduct and implementation of financial policies, management and performance that meet the Institution’s objectives.
The Board considers and evaluates the financial implications of proposals for areas of major new strategic development on behalf of the Trustee Board and makes recommendations in respect of their suitability.
