Summaries by competency
Here you can see how much evidence the developing engineers have submitted for each competency. Anything they add as evidence will automatically appear on their Quarterly Reports once it has been approved by the mentor. This will make the evaluation process much easier.
Mentors may choose to score evidence on a rating of 0-4, based on the level of competence demonstrated against the UK-SPEC. The table below also shows the score they have awarded to each piece of evidence the developing engineers have submitted.
