Basic information on a wide range of human factors topics such as controls, displays and product design, in a very accessible manner. Although the website is designed for secondary school students and teachers it offers a good grounding in many ergonomics principles.
European Agency for Safety and Health at Work
EU agency, publishes research and practical information, guidelines and case studies.

Process industry membership body; some advice documents available to non-members.
Health and Safety Laboratory (HSL)
Some research reports and articles available for free.
Resource providing information on the integration of human factors in the defence industry. Includes links to human factors guidance documents produced by the defence technology centre, and the UK human factors defence standard (Def Stan 00-250).
