Zen works as part of the international team growing the Institution’s membership and extending the Institution’s reach in the South East Asia and Oceania Region.

He works with organisations, institutions and the local member community to promote the Institution’s role in improving people’s lives through better careers. One of his roles, is to engage and educate on the benefits of professional registration to all engineers and technicians who are at different levels in their professional career.

He is currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Edith Cowan University, Australia and more than 20 years of work experience in the manufacturing and recruitment services sector. Prior to joining the Institution, he previously worked for CPA Australia (a global professional body), promoting the accounting professional registration for shared services and employers in the north of Malaysia.
