Mark joined the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in 2011 as part of a strategy to grow the training arm within PEP ltd. Since joining, Marks remit has been extended several times and now includes responsibility for our Commercial arm (including venue hire and training) and the Institution’s Student Competitions and events portfolio. His team primarily focuses on learning programmes aimed at business customers employing engineers and includes content production who gain original market insight to develop learning programmes. Mark achieved an MBA in 2017 and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and has led his team to achieve consecutive ISO9001 accreditation. In his spare time, Mark remains a keen footballer and is a qualified coach and manager of two teams playing in West Sussex.
