I began working for the IMechE in 2017. I am responsible for providing a high level of support to individuals and organisations in response to their professional registration needs. I develop partnerships with educational institutions, industry bodies, and other relevant organisations to promote membership and professional development while ensuring existing members remain satisfied and engaged with the Institution's offerings and services.
The most rewarding part of my job is supporting others in achieving their professional goals, it is a privilege to work alongside dedicated engineers who make significant contributions in their field, providing guidance and resources to help them succeed in their careers and get the recognition they deserve.
There are too many highlights to share, as every day brings new potential. My role exposes me to so many amazing events, opportunities, and experiences, such as meeting exceptional individuals, visiting new companies and being introduced to innovative technologies. I am very lucky to be able to work with companies in various industries - from the seabed to space and everything in between.
