The Code of Conduct Regulations and Disciplinary Regulations have been updated following a comprehensive review. The new Code of Conduct and supporting information can be found here.
The Institution’s Disciplinary Regulations are now in line with current best practice for disciplinary processes. The new regulations contain a detailed framework to address matters of alleged improper conduct fairly and transparently for the parties involved. A set of guidance documents has also been produced to help explain the different stages of the process.

Complaints about Institution members not adhering to the Code of Conduct Regulations must be submitted on the Complaint Form and sent by post or electronically to:
