Annual Meeting 2020 

The Annual Meeting took place on Tuesday 22 September 2020, 11.15am at 1 Birdcage Walk, London, SW1H 9JJ.

COVID-19 compliance 

Arrangements for this Annual Meeting were subject to changing UK Government legislation and restrictions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Physical attendance at the Annual Meeting was limited to 30 places for Corporate Members and Associate Members. This restriction was in place so that the meeting complies with UK Government advice on social distancing for the purpose of protecting the wellbeing of Members attending and staff supporting this event.

Agenda 

The business of the Annual Meeting was to:

  • Adopt the Trustees’ Report and Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019.
  • Appoint the Auditors at a remuneration to be negotiated.

Corporate and Associate Members not physically attending the event can:

  • Vote by proxy on the Annual Meeting motions.

    Civica Election Services is managing the proxy voting and members eligible to vote have been emailed details on how to register their votes, (28 August 2020).

    The deadline for proxy votes to be received by Civica is 11:15 hrs on Friday 18 September 2020.

  • Submit questions in advance, to be raised at the Annual Meeting.
