Progressing to Certification

After attending the Yellow Belt Programme, you can choose to achieve the Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, which would require you to:

  • Successfully complete a work-based project
  • Deliver a Return on Investment presentation to a panel made up of key sponsors and the training team
  • Pass the project assessment done by the Institute of Six Sigma Professionals

Coaching support is available to help you as you develop your confidence in the use of the tools covered within the programme.
