Summary

Engage operations with maintenance, ownership and continuous improvement.

This course is meant for those either planning to introduce or looking to further develop and enhance this comprehensive and people orientated approach to the achievement of world class levels of maintenance and operating performance.

The course explores the basic principles and values underpinning TPM, identifies all of the best practices it encompasses, teaches the many tools and techniques first introduced by TPM’s founders and how they should be applied in practice.

The substantial management of change issues that need to be addressed when implementing a TPM programme will be discussed and the choices available when developing and implementing a TPM strategy will be explored.
