Whatever the size or type of your project it will contain some risk, which, if not managed correctly will cause your project to be less successful than it should be, or even fail completely.

This course addresses the challenges of risk management and describes a range of tools and techniques to help you manage risk effectively and increase the chances of project success.

The programme is delivered by project management experts who will provide a practical guide to the application of risk management tools and techniques.

The course incorporates practical sessions and case studies to ensure you have the opportunity to apply the tools and techniques being presented.

Who should attend?

Project Managers, Team Managers, or personnel in a project assurance or project support role.  Delegates with previous basic knowledge of project management should be able to use the techniques in a live project after the course. 

It is expected that delegates will have at least 12 months experience of project management at team or project manager level.
