Better understand yourself, communicate with impact and get the most from others.
This online programme is delivered over four 90-minute live virtual classrooms and will improve your effectiveness in the workplace. Through understanding patterns of behaviour in yourself and others (using the DiSC tool) you will learn strategies for adapting to those around you that will both improve results and improve the way that others see you.
Adopting a more confident and assertive communication style will positively impact working relationships and developing your organisational skills will increase your productivity.
How does the masterclass work?
It will be delivered over four virtual classrooms (VCs), plus an optional clinic, which will take place a month after the last VC, for attendees to discuss successes, challenges and best practice:
- VC 1: Understanding yourself and others
- VC 2: Personal accountability
- VC 3: Time management and resilience
- VC 4: Unconscious bias
- Two coaching sessions
- Masterclass clinic (optional)
These VCs are not lectures. Instead, they are highly interactive sessions and encourage the same kind of participation as learning in a physical classroom, providing the opportunity to learn from the experiences of others, as well as reflecting on your own and sharing best practice.
The time between VCs allows you to absorb the ideas and reflect on the lessons learned before the next session. Any questions you have will be answered before we develop your thinking with further learning.
To support your business and career development, this masterclass includes two 60-minute coaching sessions, which will run once a week following the course, with the aim to support you in embedding what you have learnt and the insights you have gained directly into your team and the wider business.
This is a unique opportunity to discuss any issues you’re currently an experienced business coach, who will guide your thinking, strategy and actions to ensure your learning experience has a direct impact on the bottom line.
A month after your Masterclass has finished, you will have the opportunity to join the rest of the group for an optional hour to discuss successes, challenges and best practice. Bring your current issues to the table during this 60-minute session, and let the group, facilitated by an expert business coach and trainer, guide your thinking towards strategic, innovative solutions.
An opportunity to reflect on how far you’ve come and focus in on what changes and tweaks still need to take place for you to reach your goals.
