Sheffield CITY REGION Skills Bank
Training support

Sheffield City Region Skills Bank has launched a Lean & Six Sigma COVID-19 Recovery Support Programme to help businesses looking for support through the challenges that COVID-19 is presenting.

What IMechE training is supported?

Our focus is on business improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, so we have selected six courses and two programmes to help you achieve your objectives.

These can be delivered online (live virtual classrooms) or at your premises, depending on your preferred format and COVID-19 restrictions.

Courses:

Programmes:

Toggle Yellow Belt Programme - 3 days

Toggle Green Belt Programme - 9 days

How does it work?

As a Skills Bank training provider, IMechE Learning and Development can help with co-invested training that directly meets the needs of your business, whether via an existing qualification or industry recognised training programme, or a bespoke programme designed to meet your individual business requirements.

If your business fits the criteria and training for you or your employees would help your business to develop or grow, you will only need to contribute towards 20% of the cost of the training and Skills Bank will contribute 80%.

To be eligible, businesses must have an operational base within the Sheffield City Region.

What is the next step to receive Skills Bank's co-investment?

We're sorry but this scheme closed on 31 March 2021.

However, we still run the courses listed below as part of our annual schedule or on demand as private training for organisations. If you would like to find out more, please contact us at training@imeche.org.
