Aspiring Engineering Director PROGRAMME

An intensive programme enabling leaders to develop the key attributes of a high-performing director through a series of masterclasses.

Senior management and company directors are exposed to a multitude of demands and challenges, including the realities of the current business climate, governance and risk management. Succession planning and developing the next generation of directors relies on the alignment of employee ambition, company resources, finances and time.

We’ve partnered with Bayes Business School to deliver a programme that will nurture high-potential individuals within organisations to successfully lead in senior management. Over the course of three and a half days, participants will develop the key attributes of a director through a series of masterclasses, taught by subject specialists, in order to increase their leadership effectiveness and their contribution at senior management level.

There will be an opportunity to meet inspirational leaders at the Institution who are advocates of professional development and have learned valuable lessons to share with those on a pathway to directorship.
