AESSEAL is an engineering led organisation. To be a challenger brand in our sector, and a reliability partner for our customers, we need skilled engineers and technical people to apply technology and processes in new ways to deliver added value to our organisation and people.
Professional registration is an avenue for engineers to develop the competences required to lead in dynamic and highly technical areas; not only in applying our products in major process industries, but also in development of our manufacturing technologies. It ensures engineers continually advance their knowledge to keep up with emerging technologies, practises, and market needs. This in turn provides continued growth opportunities and rewarding careers for our people.
AESSEAL has a close history with the IMechE, having established MPDS schemes for CEng, IEng, EngTech developing engineers, sponsored local Yorkshire Region volunteer activities and hosted Presidents’ addresses and visits. We are an Investors in People organisation, DoE Top Apprenticeship Employer and support Year in Industry undergraduate placements. Being an IMechE Membership Partner helps unite those initiatives, facilitating holistic career pathways for developing engineers, contribute to the profession and support our Institution.
