The Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) Management Group exists to benefit industry and society by shaping the future of engineering leadership and management. The Group supports practicing engineers with managerial responsibilities and helps develop leadership and management skills that strengthen careers and organisations.
We are looking for IMechE members or engineering professionals with a keen interest and existing or developing experience in management and leadership within engineering.
Collaborate with other volunteers and committee members to support the Group’s activities.
Help shape events, thought leadership, and initiatives that support management skills across the engineering profession.
Contribute to the future direction of engineering leadership and professional development.
