Members Business Centre – London

Our Members Business Centre is available to you, and other members, if you're in London and you're away from your usual workplace.

Our Centre provides you with:

  • A comfortable seating area

  • Dedicated work spaces for hotdesking

  • Free Wi-Fi

  • Wireless printing facilities

  • Complimentary refreshments

  • Three meeting rooms, equipped with mounted TV displays and flipcharts. Conference phones are also available by request

  • Catering services for pre-booked meeting rooms

Due to high demand for this facility, members are requested not to use it as a base for conducting training/lecture sessions and other meetings where attendance charges are levied, or for conducting the operation of their own businesses. 

Booking a room

Bookings for meeting rooms can be made up to 21 working days in advance of the meeting via the Business Centre Administrator. Bookings must be made under the member’s name and the member must be present at the meeting.

Other rooms

Alternative rooms managed by the Venue and Room Hire team are available to members at a significantly discounted rate. Members are requested to use the Venue and Room Hire facilities when conducting training/lecture sessions and other meetings where attendance charges are levied.

Access arrangements

Due to the age and configuration of the building, every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate wheelchair users or persons with a disability visiting the Institution, provided such persons notify us at least 24 hours in advance of their visit. Please get in touch with your designated contact at the Institution to discuss this further.
