FS Campsite bookings

Bookings are now managed through a new online system, making it easier for teams to plan and secure their stay: book your campsite.

How to book:

• Complete your booking via the online platform
• Nominate a main campsite contact for your team
• Select campers, pitches, power and any add-ons
• Review and confirm your details
• Pay by card or request an invoice

Key info:

• Booking deadline: 29 May 2026
• A late booking fee of £75 + VAT applies after this date
• Minimum stay requirements may apply
• Availability is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment

The campsite will support over 2,000 students, with facilities including security, waste management, lighting, and shower/toilet access throughout the event.

Important:

Each camping pitch includes a mandatory power supply. This ensures consistent and sufficient provision across the campsite.
