Steve is an Executive Coach, Team Coach and Group Facilitator with extensive experience in senior leadership positions and 8 years’ experience as a professional coach and facilitator. Drawing on both psychological and neuroscientific principles, Steve is skilled at working with people to identify behaviours which have often brought success, to maximise future impact and value. Steve has worked at a systems-level; encouraging clients to explore their own issues, how this might be creating blocks, and how best to overcome them.
Currently undertaking further studies in Systemic Team Coaching, Steve is experienced in coaching clients from graduate to C-suite and coaching intact teams up to board level, with an emphasis on building self-awareness, delivering a tangible ROI, and supporting swift and lasting results.
Steve's’ focus is on building a relationship with high trust and rapport through sharing of experiences both at a personal and professional level. He believes that the quality of the relationship is more important than any of the techniques used!
Steve draws upon a range of psychological and neuro-scientific principles to help clients develop insight into their issues and figure out how to build new behaviours to create value and impact for themselves, their teams, their organisations and (where possible) wider society. This is done through asking challenging questions, offering support and guidance, actively listening, and paying attention to what is happening in the coaching relationship itself as a guide to deeper insight.
