The Unmanned Aircraft Systems Challenge (UAS Challenge) bridges the gap between academia and industry in developing applied UAS-related activities; giving you the perfect opportunity to strengthen links with industry and universities in your area and enhance employment opportunities for your graduates in aerospace.
Industry news, technical activities taking place in the UK and internationally are listed and circulated every month of the year.
The Division established its first Regional Committee (the Western Aerospace Centre) in Bristol in October 2000 and was proud to launch its second (IMechE Aerospace North West) in May 2004. Find out more about each:
Schools Aerospace Challenge
The Schools Aerospace Challenge is an event open to students between the ages of 16 and 18. This year's challenge along with names of current and previous winning teams can be discovered by visiting the website.

Advances in aerospace propulsion
Riti Singh, Professor Emeritus Gas Turbine Engineering, Cranfield University and Past Chairman of the Aerospace Division gave his lecture 'Post Nubes Lux: Aerospace Propulsion'
. It is available to view online along with the results of the questionnaire and the paper from Riti's 2001 lecture.
