Welcome
You now have your job, internship, apprenticeship, place at university/college or are at the point of signing a contract or deciding which offer to accept.
Whatever you decide you have to be sure it’s the best option for you, so that you can progress your career and continue to learn and develop. You have to continue to think about your future and what you do next. This is just the beginning, so now is the time to think carefully about what you may need to do to ensure you keep on track.
Your career is your responsibility
Ask parents/guardians, teachers and organisations for support and guidance, but remember – it is your responsibility to manage your own development and future. Always remember what your goal is and be determined but flexible in how you achieve it.
