If you were previously a member but have not been in touch with us for a while, please call Membership Enquiries to check that your membership is current.

If your degree is not accredited we can examine your qualifications to see if they meet the required standards while you register on the scheme. Contact Membership Enquiries for details.

Complete the form and return it to us at the email, fax or address on the form. Remember to

- Enclose the registration fee

- Obtain your scheme administrator’s signature of approval

- Ask your mentor to approve your previous experience claim

- Enclose your Mentor registration if necessary

- Attach your membership application if you are not already a member

Please read the instructions on the registration form carefully. Any incomplete, missing or incorrect information will prevent us from being able to register you and your form may be returned to you if the matter is unresolved.

Important information for those registering:

• Your completed registration form needs to be sent within 3 months of starting with your company.
• It is a condition of the Scheme that you retain current membership with IMechE. If the annual subscription is not paid it will result in you being erased from the register and your MPDS is automatically terminated.
• If your registration form is incomplete it will delay commencement on MPDS. Please contact us on 0845 226 0211 if you have had no response to registration within 2 weeks.
• You will notified in writing with your Annual Assessment dates once your registration is complete.
