WHAT YOU WILL LEARN :
Coaching others effectively is an essential skill for a successful manager. Coaching includes motivating team players, transferring knowledge, inspiring cooperation, and shaping behaviour. Coaches need to be able to inspire and empower others to develop goals and achieve their personal and organisational objectives.  For most managers and team leaders, effective coaching is a learned skill...expertise in a particular area is not enough.

In this dynamic, 2-day workshop participants will learn to:

• Understand the importance of coaching
• Identify opportunities for coaching in the organisation
• Uncover potential barriers to coaching and how to overcome them
• Practice the major steps in the coaching process

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

• Managers and project leaders at all levels who are committed to empowering their workforce, including those who are moving to, or involved in, a team-based structure
