DESCRIPTION
You Should Attend If:

You want a better understanding of how to conceptualise projects and to develop and optimise accurate and timely cost estimates for engineering projects in the process industries.

This course is directed at all plant and project engineers, project managers, plant maintenance personnel, and engineering management involved with projects in the process industries, including chemical, pharmaceutical, biological, petrochemical, materials, petroleum, and gas.

You Can Expect To:

• Understand how to effectively conceptualize engineering projects.
• Optimise estimating techniques based on project type, size, and location.
• Acquire skills relating to the use of cost-estimating techniques.
• Learn how to rationally assign uncertainties and risks associated with cost estimating.
