Initial Professional Development (IPD)
Your eMPDS account will be unaffected by the change but you will need to click on Career Developer in My Account to access your profile.
If you are not registered on MPDS and you have identified a mentor to work with, you can use Career Developer to plan, report and review your IPD progress towards professional registration. You will need to register on the non-accredited pathway.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Log in to Your Account and select Career Developer from the left hand menu. You will be directed to your online account via the landing page.
Refer back to the Development Action Plan which you submitted as part of your original application for professional registration to identify your goals.
This approach will demonstrate that you have a structured approach to continuing to develop your competence throughout your career.
