Fellowship

Fellowship of IMechE is the highest class of elected membership, and is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to and innovation in mechanical engineering.

Benefits of Fellowship

Fellows are entitled to use the letters CEng FIMechE , IEng FIMechE or EngTech FIMechE (as applicable) after their name. Fellows can access a range of IMechE services – for example, use of the Information and Library Service, delivery of Professional Engineering (PE) magazine, access to the Business Centre at One Birdcage Walk, and much more.
