Stage 1 - Initial Submission:
If an overseas visits; if the IMechE have not previously visited a UK School or Department, or there has been a significant gap between the last visits; there is a two stage submission process. Stage one; complete ‘Form IAF’ (Initial Assessment Form). On completion of a satisfactory review you will be asked to Complete Stage 2; ‘Form OS’ (Output Standards Form - The Main Submission).
Please complete and send in X6 copies of the initial submission paperwork, using CD format where appropriate,

Stage 2 - Main Submission
If the IMechE have visited the School/Department before, or, this is a re-accreditation visit, then there is a one stage submission process, ‘Form OS’. This should be sent in approximately 12 weeks before a proposed visit date. P
