These help identify areas for development quickly and accurately and allow us to understand your business, to understand exactly what knowledge and skills your people need to meet your commercial targets and measure future growth.
Team Performance Diagnostic (TPD™)
The Team Performance Development (or TPD™) diagnostic enables team leaders to gain an invaluable insight into the underlying dynamics within their teams. This identifies specific areas for focus and development to improve team performance and develop high performing teams. TPD™ can also be used to benchmark the extent to which the participants have applied the learning and changed their behaviour.
Commercial Awareness Indicator (CAID™)
The Commercial Awareness Index Diagnostic (CAID™) examines to what extent an individual or team are commercially aware in the organisation. The results allows you to target your development budget more effectively on specific issues that will really help make a difference to the bottom line.
Influencing Styles Diagnostic
The Influencing Styles Profile provides an insight into your current influencing styles. The styles are also cross-referenced to the 5 Cultural Dimensions identified by Dr Geert Hofstede, so that those who work cross culturally can gain a better understanding of which influencing style may work best in which culture.
Trust Accelerator
The extent to which we trust each other can have a considerable impact on the effectiveness of a team. Lack of trust is expensive. The Trust Accelerator is a unique way of identifying to what extent your behaviour is seen by others to demonstrate a high level of trust and includes a 12 point accelerator plan to help you to build trust quickly.
360 Reflector Feedback
360 Reflector feedback is the process of seeking behavioural feedback from a number of different perspectives, and using this information to inform the participant how they can improve. The key competencies measured in 360 Reflector feedback work best when aligned to your organisations performance management framework and are therefore fully customisable. Key competencies you could include are: People, Business, Accountability and Performance.
