Here is where you can submit a paper to the Presidents' Choice

The Submission Process
There are four steps in the process of submitting a paper. You will
be asked to:
- Grant a licence to publish
- Provide some contact details for yourself and any other authors
of the paper you are submitting
- Provide details of the paper you are submitting, including an
abstract if you wish. You may also upload files with your submission
- Review and then submit your details
In order to make certain your published paper appears as you
desire, please ensure your submitted paper uses a font of Arial 12pt.

The Review Process
When you have submitted a paper to the Presidents’ Choice, what will
happen to it?
First, when you have completed the process of submission, you will
receive an acknowledgment with a reference in the subject line, which
you can use in any subsequent correspondence to identify the submission.
Then, if it meets the general conditions on suitability (e.g. a
technical paper based on experience, and not a report on original
research, or a literature review etc.) it will be sent to two
past-Presidents of the Institution for them, or their nominee, to
review.
When those reviews are received, you will be informed of the result.
We do not plan for several iterations of revision and review and thus
expect that this process will not be all that extended.
If judged suitable for inclusion in the Presidents’ Choice, we would
then expect it to be on the website within a few working days of the
decision. If not judged suitable, the author/s are, of course, released
from their granting licence to publish and are free to submit elsewhere.
The Presidents’ Choice is an innovative scheme, and we will keep the
