The aims and terms of reference of the Thermofluids Group are:

• To provide an activity which identifies and promotes key developments in the subject field
• To provide a programme of events which promotes technology transfer, the exchange of information and the spread of understanding and best practice in the area of Energy Transfer, Thermodynamics and Fluid Dynamics
• Within that subject area to enhance the perception and respect for engineering and the continuing professional development of engineers
