This series of workshops will comprise a number of technical sessions delivered by specialists with a comprehensive understanding of each area.  Delegates will achieve a broad range of traction and rolling-stock knowledge and skills including real-life examples thus demonstrating relevance to the workplace.

The ability, skills and knowledge of employees is critical to the success of any organisation.  To be successful your business needs to

  • have individuals who are competent in their current roles
  • be in a position to demonstrate that those individuals are competent
  • have a process for developing them, in line with their career aspirations and the organisation’s need for succession planning

Each workshop will last one day (09.00-17.00) and will all be held in London at 1 Birdcage Walk.
