Institute of Petroleum
Institute of Physics
In addition, collaboration with appropriate trade associations is currently being developed.
The Tribology Group Committee is increasing its direct and productive links with the large number of similar associations and groups world wide, including those in membership of the International Tribology Council. The interdisciplinary nature of tribology means that these links, like those in the ‘UK, are increasingly with bodies of materials as well as mechanical engineering focus.
