The winners of the Food Engineer Award 2007 are Dr Wenfeng Xiao, Dr Maria N. Charalambides and Prof J. Gordon Williams. They were presented with their certificates and prizes at the Food Engineering Committee Award Ceremony which took place at the Worshipful company of butchers.
