For engineers, technical professionals, and others who hope to manage the finance and procurement function of their organisations, this course is just in time, which, incidentally, is one of the inventory control procedures it covers. It also discusses other methods of supply chain management, and what inventory control software to employ. On the finance side, the course covers accounting and budgeting procedures, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, budgeting, and business plan fundamentals.
