05 June 2008
Benefits of attending:-
* Learn how to become more operationally efficient.
* Understand why outsourcing to India or the Far East is not as effective as we might think.
* Learn more about Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) and LEAN, and how they can be of greatest benefit.
* Gain Knowledge to help build a Competitive Edge and reduce overheads
25 June 2008
This seminar will enable Operators and others managing installations at COMAH and high hazard sites to better meet their legal and commercial responsibilities and limit the consequences to people and the environment of any accidents that occur.
25 September 2008
DO you want a better understanding of how to conceptualise projects and to develop and optimise accurate and timely cost estimates for engineering projects in the process industries.
08 October 2008
With the Offshore Energy Industry expanding and with the current constraints on manpower and resources, engineers employed need to have a good grasp of this latest technology which is recognised now as the way forward to improve performance. This seminar will provide engineers with an insight into the methods being developed to assist the industry to exploit energy reserves in the most difficult and hostile environments on Earth.
22 October 2008
Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical manufacturing Companies in the developed world are searching for ways to reduce the cost of manufacture. The solution is currently focused at re-deploying manufacture to low cost countries. Despite the high quality of some of these facilities there are still many misgivings about this solution. Are there alternatives?
We believe that the ‘Cost of Compliance’ is driven up by a lack of understanding of what compliance really means. This seminar aims to provide engineers and managers with a better understanding of what is required for compliance in terms of materials and equipment design. A better understanding should lead to reduced costs.
12 November 2008
This seminar will explore the Challenges in Carbon Capture and Carbon Transmission and Injection.
Engineers are at the forefront of enabling the challenging and exciting carbon capture, transmission, sequestration and storage technologies. Increasing numbers of engineers will be involved in this field and therefore an understanding of the technology will form an important cornerstone of any engineer working in process and power industries.
