The IMechE’s Project Prize is awarded annually, on the recommendation of the Head of Department responsible for degree courses, which are accredited by the IMechE.

The prize is awarded to a student in the final year of an accredited IMechE degree course who is an Affiliate Member of the IMechE and who will be awarded an IMechE accredited degree.

TO CHECK WHETHER A STUDENT IS AN AFFILIATE MEMBER PLEASE CONTACT THE MEMBERSHIP DEPARTMENT ON 0845 2269191, as a membership number is required on the nomination form.

The Prize takes the form of a certificate, medal and cheque for £200. This prize is for an individual Student and cannot be split.

Nominations are to be received from the Head of Department. ONLY ONE PRIZE PER UNIVERSITY, regardless of the number of courses on offer.
