What funds are available for overseas study?

Engineering is an international discipline. The Institution has always encouraged and promoted industry-based learning opportunities around the globe. The Institution offers grants to enable students to study or gain work placements overseas as part of their accredited degree programmes.

What are the awards worth?

Each overseas study award is worth up to £750.

Am I eligible?

Applications are welcomed from affiliate members of the Institution, studying an accredited degree programme, who have a working knowledge of the language of the country they wish to visit.
