[April 2009] The 81st Thomas Lowe Gray Lecture will be preceded by the Power Industries Division’s 26th Annual General Meeting. Please note this is separate from the lecture and lecture attendees are not required to attend. However, if you wish to attend please email h_atkins@imeche.org directly.

The AGM takes place at 1700hrs on 13 May 2009 at IMechE HQ, One Birdcage Walk, London. It will include presentation and consideration of the divisional annual report, and announcement of the results from the Board elections. Nominations are invited from any corporate member of the Division.  Nominees may be proposed and seconded by two corporate members for the following vacancies:

• Chairman: must have been a vice-chairman of the Board & FIMechE
• Ordinary Members: must be a Corporate member

Nominations must be made in writing, be signed by two corporate members, accompanied by written consent of the nominee and delivered to Hannah Atkins, Division Events Executive by 1700 on 24 April 2009.
