The Mechatronics, Informatics and Control Group’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 4th June 2009 at 3pm at IMechE HQ, One Birdcage Walk, London.  It will include presentation and consideration of the divisional annual report, and announcement of the results from the board elections.

Nominations are invited under rule 19 by which any corporate member of the Division may be proposed and seconded by two corporate members for the vacancies below.

• 2 Vacancies for Ordinary Member - must be corporate member
• 2 Vacancies for Young Member
